    375th Air Mobility Wing

Scott Air Force Base hosted its first ever air drop with members of the 375th Operations Support Squadron's Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) unit and members of the 19th OSS from Little Rock AFB as well as members of the Air National Guard participating in a jump over the drop zone on March 2, 2017 at Scott AFB, Illinois. Scott hosted this jump to streamline its capabilities and jump program while offering jumpers an opportunity to get required jumps accomplished as they face weather challenges elsewhere. The 375th OSS created the drop zone to increase the readiness of units in and around Scott AFB and for use by flying or ground units with an interest and the requirements.
