Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1 Construction Civic Action Detail Micronesia is constructing a new health clinic in the remote village of Walung, improving local access to health care and demonstrating the United States’ commitment to the Federated States of Micronesia. NMCB 1 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, special operations combat service support, and theater security cooperation in support of United States Pacific Command.
