    Kurdish women stand outside the Internally Displaced Personnel housing project in the village of Bagirat, Dahuk province, Saturday Oct. 14. Kurds were relocated during Saddam Hussein's 'Anfal,' a massive military campaign which included destruction of Kurd villages, mass relocations, and chemical attacks. Estimates on Kurds killed range from 50,000 to 182,000.
