Cpl. Brice Millier, assigned to the 26 Marine Expeditionary Unit embarked aboard the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima, helps a Guatemalan woman put on a cranial before boarding a helicopter for transfer to the ship for surgery. Iwo Jima is off the coast of Guatemala supporting Continuing Promise 2010, a humanitarian and civic assistance mission. The assigned medical and engineering staff embarked aboard Iwo Jima are working with partner nation's teams to provide medical, dental, veterinary, engineering assistance to eight nations.
