Gary Mayes, commander, Navy Region Northwest (NRNW), speaks during the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) Active Duty Fund Drive (ADFD) kick-off breakfast at the Trident Inn Galley on Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor.
