Gov. John Hoeven (right) and Maj. Gen. David Sprynczynatyk, North Dakota adjutant general, announce the return of the Bismarck based Company C, 2nd Battalion, 285th Aviation Regiment (C/2-285th AVN), The announcement was made at the Raymond J. Bohn Armory, Bismarck, N.D., Sept 13, 2010. The 47 North Dakota Army National Guard Soldiers were mobilized in Oct. 2009 and have been serving in Iraq since December. They are expected back in North Dakota by the end of the month.
