Camp Lemonnier, DJIBOUTI (Feb. 7, 2017) U.S. Navy HM3 Robert Mestas, a special amphibious reconnaissance corpsman (SARC) with the Maritime Raid Force (MRF), 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, fast-ropes from a CH-53E Super Stallion during helicopter rope suspension technique training conducted near Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Feb. 7, 2017.
