U.S. Marines assigned to Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force - Crisis Response – Africa receive a brief from Spanish instructors on the safety procedures before beginning Shallow Water Egress Training at Naval Station Rota, Spain, Feb. 15, 2017.
