Ford (CVN 78), is frocked to the rank of petty officer third class by Chief Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Equipment) Brian Moore and Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Equipment) 2nd Class Liana Tindle during a frocking ceremony at Huntington Hall.
