An Air Commando reads the memorial plaque of his fallen comrades during a memorial ceremony, Hurlburt Field, Fla., Feb. 16, 2017. The plaque was dedicated to the four Air Commandos who lost their lives when Ratchet 33, a U-28A intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissane aircraft, crashed in Djibouti, Agrica, Feb. 18, 2012.
