Master Sgt. Phillip Stumpf and Tech. Sgt. William Manley lead Protestant worship service attendees in a praise and worship song, Feb 5, 2017, at McLaughlin Air National Guard Base, Charleston W.Va. Stumpf and Manley collaborated together to provide the wing’s first chapel band. The 130th AW Chapel office offers a variety of religious accommodations to more than 1,100 unit personnel.
