Approximately 150 members of the Mississippi National Guard depart from Flowood, Mississippi, Jan. 18, 2017, to support the 58th Presidential Inauguration in Washington, D.C. More than 7,500 citizen-Soldiers/Airmen from about 40 states and territories across the U.S. will join the District of Columbia National Guard to supplement security, communication, medical evacuation, and other support to civilian authorities during the Presidential Inauguration.
