Command Sgt. Maj. Lawrence K. Wilson, a native of Austin, Texas, displays a little University of Texas "Longhorn" solidarity with Houston native Pfc. Elizabeth Whatley during a tour of Contingency Operating Site Kalsu, Aug. 23. Wilson, who ends a 21 month tour as the senior enlisted soldier in Iraq Sept. 1, made an effort to visit each of the three U.S. Divisions in Iraq, as well as each of the six Advise and Assist brigades to thank them for a job well done.
