Johnigan, a protocol specialist with Company A, Victory Support Battalion at Fort Jackson, S.C, is one of 20 NCOs and Soldiers competing at the fifth annual NCO and Soldier of the Year competition Oct. 2-6, 2006, at Fort Lee, Va. Johnigan is native to Tyler, Texas.
