PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Jan. 26, 2017) - A Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, drives a humvee off the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22) during the Loading Exercise (LOADEX), Jan. 26. The LOADEX is designed to train Sailors with rapid response capabilities to support recovery efforts and assist local authorities following man-made and natural disasters.
