(Jan. 26, 2017) - Equipment Operator 3rd Class Chainephong Singsay, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, pulls chains to tie down a humvee aboard amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22) during the Loading Exercise (LOADEX), Jan. 26. The LOADEX is designed to train Sailors with rapid response capabilities to support recovery efforts and assist local authorities following man-made and natural disasters.
