Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. James T. Conway, walks with Brig. Gen. Joseph Osterman, commanding general of 1st Marine Division [Forward] and Lt. Col. Scott Leonard, commanding officer of 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, during a visit to Combat Outpost Payne, Aug. 18.
