U.S. Air Force Capt. David Kemp a C-130H Hercules pilot assigned to the 746th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, flies over the flooded areas of Pakistan during a flying mission in support of humanitarian relief efforts for Pakistan on Aug. 20. The 746th EAS is staged out of Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan and run mission to Pakistan daily.
