John Weigold, the reserve deputy commander with U.S. Pacific Fleet, presents a Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal certificate to Petty Officer 2nd Class Lenore Campbell, an auditor with Fleet Logistics Support Squadron 51, and a native of Brooklyn, New York, during an awards ceremony held at Hangar 5 aboard Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, on Jan. 18, 2016.
