U.S. Marines with Marine Wing Support Squadron 371, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Central Command, participate in a defense range exercise while forward deployed to the Middle East, Jan 8, 2017. The defense range exercise is designed to enhance the SPMAGTF’s capabilities to respond to any crisis. SPMAGTF-CR-CC is a well-trained crisis response unit that has the ability to project combat power over vast distances using organic aviation, logistical, and ground combat assets.
