Soldiers from A Company, 1st Battalion, 296th Infantry Regiment, smile and laugh as Italian crowd and riot control Soldiers come toward them during a training exercise, Aug. 11, outside of Peje/Pec Kosovo. During the training exercise the soldiers from the 296th were role-playing protesters at a cell phone tower outside of town and the Italian soldiers were sent in to break up the group.
