Recruits from Hotel Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, tackle a high obstacle during Obstacle Course II at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Dec. 29. The recruits were allowed to complete this obstacle by sliding down under a single bar or by pulling themselves up and sliding down two bars. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Hotel Company is scheduled to graduate March 10.
