The Tactical Operations Center at Fort Leavenworth, Kan., houses the Task Force Operations whose mission is to deploy and establish the brigade task force at a designated location within the United States Northern Command Joint Operations Area. This is in support of Vibrant Response Command Post Exercise 11.1. Vibrant Response is a Northern Command training event for the Consequence Management Response Force whose mission is to save lives, prevent further injury and provide temporary critical support to enable community recovery.
