U.S. Army Reserve Commanding General, Lt. Gen. Charles D. Luckey, speaks with Soldiers from the 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), a U.S. Army Reserve command from Coraopolis, PA, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Jan. 10, 2017. "There is no better place for a leader to be than with their troops downrange," said Luckey as he spoke with Soldiers about the capabilities, need, and importance of their missions overseas.
