U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Timmy looks up endearingly at his handler, 30-year-old U.S. Army Capt. Theresa Schillreff, an occupational therapist with the 254th Combat Outpatient Stress Clinic, 30th Medical Brigade, and a native of Tuckahoe, N.J., as he waits for his next command at the Freedom Restoration Center here Aug. 11. Timmy is a stress therapy dog who deployed to Afghanistan in July. His mission here is to help servicemembers cope with the stress of deployments and hardships.
