McCormick serves as the Galley Watch Captain. His duties include over seeing food production and safety in the galley, but he also helps prepare food and train his Sailors. McCormick joined the Navy 14 years ago and has carried his passion for cooking with him throughout his career. While in the Navy, he received his Executive Chef certification.
