Yakima Training Center fireman Steve Martinez stands ready to fulfill a childhood dream of representing the U.S.A. at the World Sprint Triathlon Championships in Budapest, Hungary, Sept. 11. Representing the country has been a goal of the Yakima-native since was eight-years-old and saw his first ironman triathlon on T.V.
