Army Lt. Gen. Keith M. Huber, acting commander of U.S. Joint Forces Command, tours the Persistent Ground Surveillance System at Empire Challenge 10. A group of distinguished visitors toured several of the EC10 multinational intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance sites showcasing emerging capabilities. The EC10 demonstration runs from July 26 - Aug. 13, with approximately 2,000 participants from the Joint Staff, combat support agencies, services, multinational partners, academia and industry.
