161221-N-VT150-139DILI, TIMOR LESTE (Dec. 21, 2016) Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, work together with soldiers assigned to the Falintil-Forcas Defensa Timor Lorosa'e (F-FDTL) to place the concrete pad which will be the floor for a four-room classroom at the Manlueana school. NMCB 5 is the forward deployed Western Pacific NMCB ready to support Major Combat Operation and Humanitarian Assistance/ Disaster Relief, and to provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
