A Haitian man has teeth repaired by Lt. Cmdr. Luis Silva, a dentist from Chile, attached to Operation Continuing Promise 2010, at a medical site in Port-de-Paix, Haiti, on July 31. CP10 is a collaborative effort that involves military and civilian personnel providing humanitarian assistance and disaster relief to the Caribbean, Central and South America.
