U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. John Sears, Chaplain for Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Continuing Promise 2010, presents a balloon animal he made to a Haitian child at the Northwest Haiti Christian Mission in Saint-Louis du Nord, Haiti, on July 27. Service members are conducting restoration efforts to the site in support of CP10 which is a collaborative effort that involves military and civilian personnel providing humanitarian assistance and disaster relief to the Caribbean, Central and South America.
