    412th Theater Engineer Command

    The second explosion of three 40-pound cratering charges each with two blocks of C-4 explosives detonated by Lt. Gen. Jack C. Stultz, commanding general, U.S. Army Reserve Command during River Assault Exercise at Fort Chaffee, Ark., July 18. The charges were primed and set by Soldiers of the 383rd Engineer Company, Jonesboro, Ark.
