Master Sgt. Loren Sturm, Logistical Operations Sergeant with Joint Forces Headquarters, Oregon National Guard, tracks Oregon National Guard vehicles during a live demonstration of the Movement Tracking System at the Eagle Logistics Workshop and Expo held at Jantzen Beach in Portland, Ore., July 3. The MTS is a global satelite communications system providing instant messaging and vehicle tracking capabilities primarily for the U.S. Military. This demonstration showcased the systems capabilities used by the Guard in the event a tsunami struck Oregon, Washington and Alaska.
