Two High Mobility Multi-Wheeled Vehicles from the Oregon National Guard cross the Columbia River on the Interstate 5 Bridge into Washington during a live demonstration of the Guard's new Movement Tracking System, July 3. The MTS is a global satelite communications system providing instant messaging and vehicle tracking capabilities primarily for the U.S. Military. This demonstration showcased the systems capabilities used by the Guard in the event a tsunami struck Oregon, Washington and Alaska.
