Task Force Sinai hosts the Gander Remembrance Ceremony in Sharm el Sheik, Egypt, December 12 to commemorates the the men and women who lost their lives at Gander International Airport, Newfoundland, Canada 31 years ago. The men and women aboard Arrow Air flight 1285 were on their way home to Fort Campbell, Kentucky to celebrate both the holidays and the close of a successful participation in the Sinai peacekeeping mission in the Sinai when their plane crashed taking the lives of all personnel on board.
