David Foster, assigned to U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka, embarked aboard the U.S. 7th Fleet command ship USS Blue Ridge, checks a patient's ears at a free medical clinic on the Palaun island of Koror. Blue Ridge is in the Republic of Palau conducting medical and community service projects as part of Pacific Partnership 2010, the fifth in a series of annual U.S. Pacific Fleet endeavors aimed at strengthening regional relationships with host nations and partner nations.
