Members assigned to the 144th Medical Group dress up as Legoland characters as part of the 30th Annual Silent Sleigh parade held at the Fresno Air National Guard Base, Calif. Dec. 7, 2016. Silent Sleigh is similar to a traditional Christmas carnival, except it is geared towards deaf and hard of hearing children from the Fresno, Clovis, Madera, and other local communities.
