An Iraqi school affiliate and an Iraqi forces member cut a ribbon streamer during a school dedication ceremony in Ibn kathir, Iraq, July 17. U.S. Soldiers with Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 38th Infantry Regiment, in support of 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division participated in dedication ceremonies to commemorate the schools they helped renovate in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
