A rainbow appears in the mist generated by a landing craft air cushion hovercraft as it prepares to embark USS Carter Hall (LSD-50) Dec. 1, 2016 during Amphibious Ready Group Marine Expeditionary Unit Exercise off the coast of Onslow Beach, North Carolina.
