Drill instructors from Golf Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, prepare to enter the Confidence Chamber at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Nov. 28. Drill Instructors were stationed throughout the exercise to ensure maximum safety and correct execution with gas masks. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Golf Company is scheduled to graduate Dec. 9.
