Comedian, actor, voice-over artist, and entertainer, Tim Allen talks with Cdr. Mark Oberley, Commanding Officer of guided missile destroyer USS Stout as he tours Stout's ward room, July 22. Allen took a tour of the vessel with family and friends and then toured the nuclear powered submarine USS Scranton. USS Stout is the sixth Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer. Built by Ingalls Shipbuilding, she was commissioned on Aug. 13, 1994, and she is currently homeported in Norfolk, Va.
