Soldiers from 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, secure M2A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicles to rail cars in preparation for transportation to a seaport in Texas from the Fort Carson, Colorado, railhead, Nov. 29, 2016. The 3rd Brigade is shipping its complete set of armored equipment to Bremerhaven, Germany, before onward movement to Poland in January in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. The arrival of the heavy brigade will mark the beginning of a continuous presence of an armored brigade combat team in central and eastern Europe to strengthen NATO deterrence and defense efforts.
