Mark Smith, an anthropologist and augmentee for the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), sets-up a grid to begin excavation in Dien Bien, Vietnam, Nov. 8, 2016. Members of DPAA deployed to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of an F-4C aircraft pilot unaccounted for from the Vietnam Conflict.
