Staff Sgt. Walter Ware, 413th Aeromedical Staging Squadron medic, stationed at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., provides security while his team provides care under fire to a simulated casualty during the final field training exercise of a 10-Day 68W/EMT Sustainment Course in Lorton, Va., Nov. 18, 2016. The course, taught by Walter Reed National Military Medical Center instructors, provided the fundamentals of Tactical Combat Casualty Care, from the point of injury through evacuation in a tactical environment.
