Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonmichael Heldorfer, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center EMT instructor, and Spc. William Manley, WRNMMC combat medic, apply tourniquets to a manikin during a mass casualty scenario at the final field training exercise of a 10-Day 68W/EMT Sustainment Course in Lorton, Va., Nov. 18, 2016. The course, taught by instructors from WRNMMC, provided the fundamentals of Tactical Combat Casualty Care, from the point of injury through evacuation in a tactical environment.
