Spc. Patrick Swink, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center combat medic, applies a tourniquet to a manikin during a mass casualty scenario at the final field training exercise of a 10-Day 68W/EMT Sustainment Course taught by WRNMMC in Lorton, Va., Nov. 18, 2016. The course provided the fundamentals of Tactical Combat Casualty Care, from the point of injury through evacuation in a tactical environment.
