U.S. Army Spc. Sherry Alexander, California Army National Guard combat medic, moves a manikin toward extraction during a mass casualty scenario at the final field training exercise of a 10-Day 68W/Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Sustainment Course taught by Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Lorton, Va., Nov. 18, 2016. The course provided the fundamentals of Tactical Combat Casualty Care, from the point of injury through evacuation in a tactical environment.
