PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 19, 2016) Sailors assigned to Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Wayne E. Meyer (DDG 108), refuel an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter attached to Helicopter Combat Sea Squadron (HSC) 4 on the ship’s flight deck. Wayne E.
