U.S. European Command Commander, Army Gen. Curtis M. Scaparrotti, speaks to more than 400 members of the U.S. EUCOM staff Nov. 17, 2016 at an All-Hands call held at Patch Barracks, Vaihingen, Germany. General Scaparrotti spoke about his four command priorities, issues and threats in a dynamic and complex theater, while also offering his thanks to service members before the arrival of the holiday season.
