Munitions to include 31 107mm rockets and 20 RPGs are lined up in a pit at forward operating base in northern Laghman Province, Afghanistan, prior to being destroyed Aug. 3, 2008. The munitions were a part of a weapons cache turned in to U.S. Army Soldiers as part of the Department of Defense Small Rewards Program. These and other types of munitions are used by the Taliban and insurgents to target innocent Afghan civilians and members of the International Security Assistance Force. (U.S. Army photo/Sgt.
